"a lazy girls guide to living well", I call it and I guess you can most easily categorize this as a “healthy living” blog but don’t expect that to mean photos of every meal I eat.

You can expect lot of running talk, some recipes, workouts, book reviews, activewear reviews, jams for your work out playlist and tid bit about my every day life.

It's a mixture of anything and everything with the end goal of making a healthier, happier me
