So guess who’s way super proud of themselves? THIS GIRL!
It all started because I mistakenly showed up at 10:25 for a 10:15 yoga class at my new studio. (Seriously, who starts a class on the 15?!?) I thought I was SO. COOL. and didn’t have to double check the sched.
ANYWAY - I was amped to work out so I went home and did 30 minutes of yoga mixed with some pilates moves ON MY OWN!
This might not seem too exciting but every time I’ve tried yoga at home I instantly get bored and stop. But something clicked today and I actually pushed myself.
Got my heart rate up, broke a lil’ sweat and I can feel it in my arms and abs now. (Sup push ups and core moves)
Huzzah to me and now I celebrate with a liquid salad.
